About the Training:

The pandemic has dramatically shifted how adults perceive the world of work. While there remain foundational leadership practices that have and will endure this shift, new skills can empower managers, supervisors, directors and execs to meet the new challenges and opportunities in the post-Covid workplace. Specifically designed for leaders, this workshop teaches leaders how to align their leadership activities with breakthrough information about the brain and the learning, motivation and feedback processes inherent in effective leadership. Empowered with an understanding of these natural and powerful processes, leaders learn to develop “Self-Leadership” to strengthen the impact of their leadership, extend the scope of their influence, and build resilience in the people they serve. Leaders will be provided concrete examples of how this information has been used to transform communication methods, recognition systems, motivation and productivity issues and problem-solving approaches.
