Youth Transition Decision Making

This program provides Iowa Youth Transition Decision Making (YDTM) meetings to youth in Scott County ages 15-21. YTDMs are designed to assist youth to build support systems to become successful as they transition into adulthood by creating connections between youth and adults.

Who is the program for?

This program open to youth ages 15-21 who reside in Scott County.

How does it work?

A series of meetings called YTDMs are conducted, where the youth involved in the program picks team members. The goal is to support, encourage, and help youth identify their own goals and the action steps required to achieve them.
