In addition to the Conscious Discipline training you are invited, and highly encouraged, to continue the campaign by participating in a co-hort.  The co-hort will be facilitated by Skip-A-Long.  Details of the co-hort; including meeting times and location, will be determined following the February 10th Conscious Discipline training.

Managing Emotional Mayhem – Learning how to regulate requires strong co-regulation. There are five steps to self-regulation. Once teachers understand their own triggers and how to manage upset, they are able to teach children to do the same. Mississippi Bend AEA
