Annual Reports
Decategorization boards are responsible for overseeing the development of an Annual Decategorization Progress report, which summarizes their progress toward achieving the objectives of their plan during the previous fiscal year. This report is submitted by December 1st of each year to the DHS Child Welfare Administrator, DHS Service Area Manager, Chief Juvenile Court Officer, and Early Childhood Iowa Board.
