Annual Plans
Decategorization boards are responsible for overseeing development of a Decategorization Project Annual Services Plan that describes plans to utilize funding during the fiscal year. This plan is submitted by October 1st of each year to the DHS Child Welfare Administrator, DHS Service Area Manager, Chief Juvenile Court Officer, and Early Childhood Iowa Board.
